Ingredients

Purified water, Citrus grande (grapefruit) seed extract, Terminalia ferdinandiana (Kakadu plum) fruit oil, Vanilla plantifolia (Vanilla) fruit oil, Nymphaea caerulea (Blue lotus) flower oil, Vaccinium corymbsum (Blueberry) seed oil, Aniba rosaeodora (Rosewood) wood oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Rose Geranium) petal/leaf oil, Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense Serrata) resin oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium bourbon) leaf/branch oil, Kunzea ambigua (Kunzea) leaf / branch oil, Melaleuca quinquinervia(Nerolina) leaf/branch oil, potassium sorbate

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products

Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
We may issue a partial refund if:

• The item is damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to our error).
• The return is requested after 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

• Check your bank account (processing may take time).
• Contact your credit card company or bank.
• If unresolved, email us at pauline@mysticbo.com.

3. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email pauline@mysticbo.com and ship your item to:

5. Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
• If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, the refund goes to them.

6. Shipping Returns

• You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
• For refunds, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• For items over HK$500, use a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for lost returns.
