1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products

Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
We may issue a partial refund if:

• The item is damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to our error).
• The return is requested after 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

• Check your bank account (processing may take time).
• Contact your credit card company or bank.
• If unresolved, email us at pauline@mysticbo.com.

3. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email pauline@mysticbo.com and ship your item to:

5. Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
• If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, the refund goes to them.

6. Shipping Returns

• You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
• For refunds, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• For items over HK$500, use a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for lost returns.
